摘要:工程施工管理作为整个建筑施工管理工作的基础,管理过程较为复杂。近年来,随着工程管理的标准逐步提高,工民建工程施工管理逐渐成为研究的热点之一。本文重点研究了当前工民建施工管理的相关课题,提出了工民建施工管理过程中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了加强工民建工程施工管理的对策建议,希望有所指导和帮助。

Abstract: the engineering construction management as the basis of the whole building construction management work, the management process is plicated. In recent years, as the project management standard gradually improve, civil engineering construction management has gradually e one of research hot spots. This article focuses on the related topics of current civil construction management, puts forward the problems existing in the process of civil construction management, and on this basis put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the management of civil engineering construction, hope to guide and help.

在建筑行业中,建筑工程质量得到了普遍的关注与重视,因为建筑工程质量水平不仅与建筑物寿命密切相关,同时还影响到建筑企业的外部形象。在当前的建筑工程施工中,建筑企业不断采取各种管理措施,对工程质量管控力度不断加大,使工程施工质量得到很大程度上的提升,但就行业总体情况来看,在建筑工程质量管理中尚有很多漏洞和不足之处,对建筑工程的投入与使用造成不同程度的影响。

一、建筑工程施工过程中施工质量管理的影响因素
(一)施工人员的整体素质
建筑工程的施工质量管理中影响因素牵涉到方方面面,当前的首要问题是建筑工程中施工人员缺乏专业素养、技能水平较低。在工程建设中,施工人员作为把控者和建设者,对于施工质量控制具有重要的影响作用。而在当下大部分建筑工程施工中,临时拉人组建施工队伍的现象屡不鲜见,在这样的施工队伍中,真正具有高素质和过硬技术水平的施工人员极其缺乏,大部分施工人员都缺乏系统性的理论培训和较为专业的技术应用能力,同时在管理方面,较大的人员流动也带来了各种各样的问题,这对建筑工程的施工进度和质量水平控制均造成根本性影响。
