11. 第三方工作监控：对甲方或乙方直接委托的第三方提供的广告设计、制作、发布、活动组织、协助商业广告片的拍摄、广告软文撰写等服务进行监控。
服务范围不包括媒体发布代理。
服务方式：乙方于每月5日前向甲方提交上月工作内容和完成时间清单，并将成品稿件源文件以光盘形式交付甲方，经甲方签署书面确认，该确认书作为合同履约依据，同时作为甲方对乙方工作的验收付款依据，对双方均具有约束力。
服务期限：服务期为八个月，从2008年4月1日至2008年11月30日止。
收费标准及付款方式：
在双方合作期内，乙方就上述工作内容向甲方收取广告策划月度服务费、第三方制作费、出差差旅费具体收费如下：
全程策划、设计、服务费：
本合同总金额为人民币伍拾万元整（￥500,000）元。合同签定后，甲方在收到乙方提供的发票后的10个工作日内向乙方支付总服务费的20%（计人民币壹拾万元整
