摘要:随着我国社会和经济的快速发展,我们越来越重视关于高层建筑结构设计中地下室嵌固作用。在高层建筑工程建设中,高层建筑上部分承载了比较大的负荷,地基埋置深度也比较深。如此一来,地下室嵌固的效果就可能对建筑后期的使用以及控制成本造价产生直接影响。因此,对地下室嵌固问题进行研究和分析是非常有必要的,只有完成好了解和分析工作,才能够完善地下室嵌固技术,保证高层建筑质量。

Abstract: with the rapid development ofChina'ssociety and economic ,we pay more and more attention to about high-rise building structural design of embedded in the basement solid role. In the construction of high-rise buildings, high-rise building, part carries a relatively large load, foundation embedment depth is relatively deep. In this way, the basement embedment effect may have a direct impact on the usage and control of construction costs of the building late. 我国城市化的进程在不断推进,城市的土地资源也开始日渐紧缺,城市的高层建筑也越来越多。而由于建筑本身的结构与功能的需要,大部分都设置有地下室。高层建筑是一个完整承载力体系,主要由上部结构和地下室两部分组成,两者在同一个位移场,之间互相协调变形。结构一定程度受到地下室外的回填土的约束作用,仅受到水平位移约束,并没有对竖向位移和竖向转动限制。由于这些原因,在进行在高层建筑设计时,对结构分析计算之前一定首先明确结构嵌固端的所处位置,因为它除了对结构中某些构件内力分配的准确性具有直接作用,还对结构产生侧移的真实性和结构局部的经济性具有很大影响,本文主要探讨了结构嵌固端的选取等技术问题。
