企业女职工特殊权益保障维护工作的
调研报告
按照上级工会要求，旗总工会在全旗范围的企业中进行了调查。通过调查，了解企业当前女工基本状况、女工劳动经济权益实现状况，女工民主政治权益实现状况、女工思想道德观念、文化技术素质状况和企业劳动关系发展变化及劳动关系调整机制建设状况。调查采用召开座谈会、查阅企业有关数据资料和档案的方式进行。座谈会分别是与企业党、政、工负责人、与企业中层管理人员、与企业一线女工进行座谈。此次调查得到了企业支持和女工欢迎，获得了积极的成果，较全面地掌握了女工队伍状况的现状。现将调查情况及意见报告如下：
各企业能够正常运转，效益较好，能正常发放工资，严格遵守女职工“四期”保护有关规定，无侵犯女职工合法权益现象。企业工会组织也比较健全，大部分企业成立了女职工委员会或设有女工委员，女职工组织制度也比较健全。有些企业签订了平等协商集体合同，大部分企业签订了女工特殊权益保护专项合同，女工签订劳动合同，签订率为100％。能落实养老、医疗、生育等保险。能够保证女职工享有三个月产假待遇，无怀孕期间开除女职工现象。工会女职工活动正常，“三八”节期间，各企业工会都采取各种形式进行庆祝。
