南水北调东干渠竖井地连墙施工关键技术
摘要:北京市南水北调配套工程东干渠工程施工第三标段线路区间隧洞一衬采用盾构法施工。由于本项目地连墙槽深大,8#,且成槽精度要求高,单幅钢筋笼重量大,最大单幅钢筋笼重量达120t,在地连墙成槽、钢筋笼吊装下设及水下混凝土浇筑施工均存在很大难度,其关键施工技术研究(以8#二衬井为对象)关系到工程的成败。

Abstract: the supporting project of Beijing east main canal project construction bid third line interval tunnel lining construction by shield method. Due to the project wall groove depth is big, with 8 # 2 line well slots as deep as m, and into the groove accuracy requirement is high, the arrangement of reinforcing cage weight big, the largest single weight of 120 t, reinforcing steel bar cage on the wall into a trough, reinforcing cage hoisting sets and underwater concrete pouring construction there is a big difficulty, the key construction technology research (8 # 2 line well as object) in relation to the ess of a project.

北京市南水北调配套工程东干渠工程施工第三标段线路区间隧洞一衬采用盾构法施工,桩号为K7+~K10+,中心导线全长2412米。标段内设二衬施工竖井两座:7#、8#二衬施工竖井,用于隧洞二衬施工兼作后期排气阀井,×,基坑围护结构采用C30W8F150钢筋混凝土地下连续墙,墙厚1200mm,竖井内净空尺寸8m×6m。7#、8#。地连墙分四个单元槽段施工,墙段连接采用“H”型钢止水接头,采用金泰SG-50型液压抓斗进行抓槽,,,槽段划分及接头型式如下图所示,总体施工顺序为:一期槽B1→一期槽B3→二期槽B2槽→二期槽B4、其中B1、B3槽段五抓成槽、B2、B4槽段三抓成槽。本项目地连墙槽深大,8#二衬井槽
