沉井在跨既有铁路公路立交桥工程中的应用
摘要:针对位于既有线间的承台基坑施工支护方案的选择,利用传统的放坡开挖、钢板桩支护施工及井点降水施工等方案,传统施工过程中均采用大型机械设备作业,均对既有线行车安全造成影响。而采用沉井支护,从沉井制作到沉井下沉全部采用人工操作,同时沉井下沉就位后利用沉井井壁作为承台施工模板,减少了主体施工工序。工程实践表明,该承台施工方法合理,能够满足既有线行车安全的需要,对同类工程施工有一定的借鉴意义。

一、工程概况
本工程位于河北省秦皇岛市建设大街与龙联铁路K2+036道口相交处,铁路标段桩号为0+~0++~0+,即起点Z15墩(包括下部结构),终点Z17墩(包括下部结构)。桥梁上跨铁路道口为2孔30m预制梁结构,桥长共60m。跨铁路道口的两跨桥梁墩中心线位置基本与铁路平行,与建设大街中心线斜交,交角为55°。桥墩为∏型墩结构,其中Z16墩位于两股既有铁路之间,×× m。地质条件根据地质勘测报告,本构筑物土层状况主要以杂填土、淤泥为主,,,,。
