摘要:随着经济的飞速发展,我国的建筑事业也在突飞猛进的发展,而对于建筑工程事业来说,代建项目成为关键的组成部分,在整个建筑工程环节中发挥着重要的作用。代建项目是我国深化投资体制改革的一项新举措,它不仅具有项目造价管理的特点,同时也呈现出新的特色。下面本文就从投标阶段、决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段以及竣工阶段五个阶段简单的论述代建项目的工程造价管理与控制的措施。

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, China's construction industry make a spurt of progress in development, and for the construction industry, construction project es the key part, plays an important role in the whole construction process. Construction project is a new initiative of China's deepening reform of the investment system; it not only has the characteristics of project cost management, and also presents new characteristics. These article measures of project cost management and control in the bidding stage, decision stage, design stage, construction stage pletion stage five stages of simple exposition of agent construction project.

随着建筑行业的迅猛发展,一种新型的代建项目也迅速发展起来,代建主要指的是项目业主,也就是所谓的使用单位通过招标和委托等途径,从管理单位中选择专业技术水平相对高超的代建单位进行项目建设,负责整个建筑项目的组织建设和投资管理方面的工作。代建项目的出现推动了建筑行业的发展,但是在其发展的过程中也存在一些问题需要进行管理,下面本文就从投标阶段、决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段以及竣工阶段五个环节进行论述,说明代建项目工程造价管理与控制的相关措施。
