售票员岗位职责
1、掌握车辆班次时间、道路通阻及旅客流量、流向变化情况，经常与客运交流信息，增减班次并及时向旅客发出通告。
2、严格执行运价政策，售票细致、快速、准确。
3、遵守操作规程，做到“一会、二清、三问、四唱、五不、六快”，减少错售、错款现象。
4、票面填写要清晰、完整、准确，退票或签证、改乘按规定签章。
5、有问必答，百问不厌，对重点旅客重点照顾。
6、执行票据管理规定，实现日清月结，做到票、款、账相符。

检票服务人员岗位职责
1、检票前，检查车辆到位情况，严格清车、清场，做好准备工作。
2、维持好检票秩序，按号排队，照顾老、弱、病、残、幼、孕等重点旅客。
3、检票时按规定程序做到“三看，一喝，四不检”，同时注意旅客携带行李是否超重，注意旅客是否携带违禁物品上车。
