浅析我国城市规划存在的问题及应对措施
摘要:随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,对于城市发展的要求越来越严格,因此城市规划的地位也越来越重要,并成为城市发展的龙头。近几年我国的城市规划工作取得了一定的成绩,为人们提供了较为舒适的城市发展空间,但是不能够否认的是,在这个过程中依然存在这一些问题,制约了城市的良性发展和规划管理,本文就从这些问题出发进行简单论述,并指出今后提高城市规划质量和加强城市规划管理的相关措施,为城市的规划发展提供新思路。

Abstract: With the development of economy, the improvement of people's living standard for city development, more and more strict requirements, so the city planning is ing increasingly important, and e the leader in the development of the city. City planning work in recent years, China has made certain achievements, provides a fortable city development space for people, but can not deny that, still exist some problems in this process, restrict city development and planning management, this article embarks from these questions is discussed, and the it is pointed out that the future city planning to improve the quality and the relevant measures to strengthen the city planning management, to provide new ideas for planning the development of city.

城市规划是一项综合性很强的工作,同时也是城市发展过程中必不可少的工作,越来越被人们重视,城市规划工作做得好,能够为城市的发展注入新的发展活力,呈现新的发展特点。但是从目前的情况来看,我国的城市规划工作中存在着一些问题,制约了城市的发展,为了适应新时期城市化发展建设的需要,在今后的城市规划过程汇总需要进行深入的研究和探讨,寻求适合我国城市规划发展的新举措。下面本文就从城市规划过程中的问题出发进行论述,并通过问题分析指出今后我国城市规划发展的新举措,为以后城市规划的发展和管理指明新的方向。
