浅议对土建工程施工进度的管理和控制
摘要:随着我国社会经济的不断发展,我国的城市建设步伐进一步加快,其中非常重要的一项内容就是土建工程。作为城市建设当中的有机组成部分,土建工程的建设受到了越来越多人的关注,对于整个工程而言,在施工的过程中对土建工程进行管理和控制具有十分关键的作用。由于土建工程具有系统性、长周期性、多变性以及复杂性的特点,所以会有很多的因素会影响到工程的质量以及施工进度。为了使施工的进度得到保证,施工单位就必须要对之进行有效的管理和控制,促进土建工程施工管理的有效方法就是科学的管理和控制。本文通过分析和探讨实施进度管理在土建工程中的重要性,有针对性的提出了促进土建工程施工进度管理的控制对策与科学管理方法。

abstract : with the continuous development of our social economy, the pace of urban construction has accelerated further in China, which is a very important content of civil engineering. As an integral part of urban construction, the construction of civil engineering by the attention of more and more people, for the whole project, in the construction of civil engineering in the process of the management and control plays a very key role. Due to the civil engineering systemically, long cycles, variability, and the characteristics plexity, so there will be a lot of factors will affect the engineering quality and construction progress. In order to make the progress of construction guarantee, construction unit must to effective management and control, the effective method to promote the civil engineering construction management is the scientific management and control.
