营企业诚信相关问题展开论述,旨在探求构建民营企业诚信有效途径。先对论文
的对选题背景、国内外研究现状、选题意义、研究思路和方法做了简单扼要的阐
述。再从古今中外挖掘诚信思想理念,并分别阐述了中国古代传统诚信理念,西
方诚信理念,社会主义市场经济下的诚信理念为民营企业诚信问题展开论述做好
理论准备。接着运用案例分析,辨证地剖析了民营企业诚信问题的作用与危害。
再从分析民营企业诚信缺失的原因,详细论述了民营企业失信的内因和外因。为
探讨构建民营企业诚信途径做好实践和理论铺垫。有了中外诚信理论的支撑、有
了民营企业诚信缺失的深刻挖掘,对民营企业诚信缺失的治理也就应用而生。

Abstract
Today's society is the new and old systems, old and new concepts such as restructuring. Of
the socialist market economic principles that are based on market economy rules - the principle of
