摘要：随着文化体制改革步伐的加快，文化功能的发挥成为一个的理论和现实的课题。思想政治教化作为一种意识形态，与文化有着亲密的关系，我们从文化的内涵与功能和思想政治教化功能的内涵、内容和发展着手，探究思想政治教化文化功能的内涵、内容和发展，通过从国家、社会和学校、家庭以及高校生自身方面加强思想政治教化文化功能建设的重要性并提出针对性的措施，最终实现社会主义文化的大旺盛大发展。
