中文摘要

目的:通过本研究了解清肺活血饮治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病Ⅱ型呼
吸衰竭的疗效。
方法:从慢性阻塞性肺疾病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的病因病机入手,选取
慢性阻塞性肺疾病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭痰热壅肺夹瘀型患者 60 例,随机分
为西医组(对照组)及中西医组(治疗组)各 30 例,分别予以单纯
西医治疗、西医治疗与清肺活血饮口服治疗,观察比较治疗前后各指
标的变化。
结果:1 治疗组与对照组治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭(痰
热壅肺夹瘀型)临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(p>)。2 治疗组
能更有效改善咳嗽气粗,痰多黄稠,紫绀等中医证候。3 治疗组可改
善血气分析、血液流变学。4 临床应用清肺活血饮过程中,未发现不
良反应。
结论:西医治疗与清肺活血饮口服治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病Ⅱ型呼
吸衰竭(痰热壅肺夹瘀型)较之与单纯西医治疗能更改善中医症候及
血气分析、血液流变学。清肺活血饮临床应用未发现明显副作用,有
其临床实用价值。

The Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Decoction
Qingfeihuoxue on Respiratory failure Ⅱ of COPD

ABSTRACT

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Decoction Qingfeihuoxue On
Respiratory failureⅡof Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
(COPD).

Method:A clinic,randomized,control study was conducted in 60
were randomized to the Controlled group (received
single western medicine) and the Treatment group (received
western medicine and Chinese herbs) each 30 patients. Targets
scores were measured before treatment and after treatment.

Result: has significant differences between the Controlled
group and the Treatment group(p<). 2. The Treatment group
can the more effective improvement irritable cough, the yellow and
thick phlegm, cyanosis and so on syndrome . Treatment
group may improve targets of Routine blood test and Blood-gas
Analyze. clinical practice Decoction Qingfeihuoxue in the
process, has not discovered the untoward effect.
