随着我国城市社区居民文化需求的不断增长,社区图书馆将在基层文化构建中发挥
重要作用。本文通过对石家庄社区图书馆发展现状的调查,试图寻找其建设过程中所存
在的问题,分析并剖析这些问题产生的原因,并为其发展提出了科学建议,以期对石家
庄社区图书馆的建设有所帮助。
本文以结构式调查问卷调查法,分别向石家庄主要社区的管理者和部分石家庄市社
区居民发放调查问卷,并利用 excel 表格和统计软件 SPSS for Windows 版进行统
计分析,以研究石家庄市社区图书馆发展现状和社区居民对社区图书馆构成要素的期待
程度。主要研究成果是:
石家庄市社区图书馆在建设过程中存在馆舍规模小、开放时间不合理、硬件设施建
设滞后、资金短缺、图书老化、缺少特色服务等种种问题。造成以上现状的原因,既有
来自社会转型,城市经济整体发展水平的制约,更有来自建馆模式和阅读环境的影响。
因此石家庄市社区图书馆建设的过程中要想改变目前建设发展的不利现状,需要探
索新型的建馆模式,寻求更多的建馆主体参与,并在社区图书馆运营思路上进行创新。

Abstract
Along with the increasing cultural needs of our country munity residents,
community library will play an important role in the construction of grass-roots culture. In
this paper, through the investigation on the current situation of the development of
munity library, trying to find the existing problems in the process of
construction, and analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forward suggestions for the
scientific development, in order to munity libraries in Shijiazhuang help.
Based on the structure of the questionnaire survey method, respectively, questionnaires
to Shijiazhuang munity managers munity residents in Shijiazhuang, and for
Windows version 8 were statistically analyzed using Excel spreadsheets and statistical
software SPSS, constitute the elements of munity library looking forward to research
munity library development munity residents in Shijiazhuang. The main
