刍议建筑项目施工过程中的成本管理与控制对策
摘要: 建筑行业在我国现今逐渐走向成熟,它的企业管理模式在不断的发展和完善中。建筑施工企业成本控制是成本管理体系中的重要组成部分,也是现代企业管理的重要手段。只有进行科学的工程项目成本预算等,才能确保工程的顺利进行。本文从工程项目及其成本控制的特点着手,分析目前建筑施工企业在进行工程项目成本管理工作的过程中遇到的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract: The construction industry has matured gradually in our country nowadays; it is enterprise management mode in the continuous development and improvement. Construction enterprise cost control is an important part of cost management system, but also an important means of modern enterprise management. Only the scientific project cost budget, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project. To the characteristics of this from the engineering project and cost control, analyzes some problems encountered in the process of the construction enterprise cost management in construction projects, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.

引言
建筑项目成本控制是指项目在施工过程中,对影响建筑项目成本的各种因素加强管理,并采取各种有效的措施,将施工中实际发生的各种消耗和支出严格控制在成本计划范围内,随时揭示并及时反馈,严格审查各项费用是否符合标准、计算实际成本和计划成本之间的差异并分析,消除施工中的损失浪费现象,发现和总结经验。通过成本控制,使之最终实现甚至超过预期的成本目标。

施工项目通过成本管理的各种手段,不断降低成本,以达到可能实现的目标成本。它绝对不是消极的限制与监督,而是要积极创造条件,要着眼于成本的事前监督、过程控制,在实施过程中经常检查是否出偏差,以优化施工方案,从提高项目的科学管理水平入手达到成本最低化。
