命令：火灾扑救组迅速带领县森林防火应急救灾大队赶赴火场组织指挥扑救。
治安保卫组立即赶赴火灾发生地区划定扑救森林火灾特别管制区；维护灾区的社会治安和道路交通秩序；积极预防和妥善处置突发治安事
后勤服务组负责提供交通运输工具，保证通讯线路的畅通；积极做好医疗救护与火灾气象预报；及时提供所需燃料、食品、饮用水等后勤供应。
事故调查组立即赶赴火场对起火时间、地点、原因、肇事者、受害森林面积和蓄积、扑救情况、物资消耗、其它经济损失进行调查。
善后处理组立即赶赴火场负责做好因火灾扑救伤亡人员的医疗、抚恤及对灾民基本生活的保障。
宣传报道组立即赶赴火场负责按森火灾宣传报道的规定，对扑火救灾的情况进行宣传报道，协调新闻单位采访报道的具体事宜。
