China is currently in the rapid economic development stage, the need for a stable and harmonious social environment. But there isa big gap between the overall capacity of the building and the ability of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation in pared with the developed countries, and there isa significant difference between the two countries. In the case of the same level of earthquake, Japan's disaster situation is much lighter than China, which has to cause us to think deeply about the ability of building earthquake disaster prevention and disaster mitigation. Japanese buildings has to improve the aseismatic measures. Advanced point to Japan to study the construction of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, have important implications for China's disaster prevention and mitigation system construction, development of building disaster prevention and reduction inour country also has a very good reference.
