二、牙体缺损的影响
牙体缺损的范围、程度不同以及牙列中牙体缺损患牙的数目不同，可产生下列并发症及不良影响
：无明显症状、牙髓炎症、坏死及尖周病变
：在邻面会破坏正常邻接关系，造成食物嵌塞，引起局部牙周组织炎症；邻牙倾斜移位，影响正常的咬合关系，形成创伤
：降低咀嚼效率，形成偏侧咀嚼****惯，影响垂直距离及出现口颌系统的功能紊乱
牙体组织缺损处的尖锐边缘可擦伤舌及口腔粘膜。前牙可直接影响美观、发音。全牙列降低垂直距离，影响到患者的面容及心理状态。残冠残根常成为病灶而影响全身健康

一、正确地恢复形态与功能
1修复时应根据患者的年龄、性别、职业、生活****惯、体质及性格特点来决定修复体的大小、牙冠各个面的形态、颜色以及排列位置和关系等，并且都要适应个体口颌系统的生理特点

具有稳定而协调的关系：在正中或前伸、侧向移动时，都不能有早接触
