前言
我国的民营企业在国民经济中具有举足轻重的地位,民营企业在一定程度上影响地区乃至整个国家的繁荣和社会的稳定。然而,民营企业在发展中还存在不少的困难和问题,林汉川等学者的调查表明,尽管不利于民营企业发展的因素很多,但是资金不足、人才短缺、市场需求不足、竞争无序、过度竞争,是目前我国中小企业面临的最大问题。实际上,这所有的根本或核心还在人,作为企业的主体,员工是企业发展的最重要因素,而员工要发挥作用,建立有效的激励机制是根本保障。
