文档介绍：儿童遗尿症 1500 例问卷及检查分析中国实用儿科杂志 2008 年6 月第 23 卷第 6期· 914 刘亚兰, 文飞球, 周克英, 孙枫作者单位: 暨南大学医学院附属二院深圳市人民医院, 广东深圳 518020 E- mail: ******@126. com 【摘要】目的调查研究儿童遗尿症病因及特征。方法深圳市人民医院 1999 年 10 月至 2006 年 10 月通过对 1500 例遗尿症患儿的问卷调查及临床检查, 对其遗尿特征、遗传状态、器质性病变以及学****成绩等进行分析。结果(1) 男∶女= 854 ∶ 646 (113 ∶ 1),5~7岁 787 例( 5215% ); > 7~ 10岁 518 例( 3415% ); > 10~ 14岁 181 例(12% ); > 14~ 18岁 14例(1% )。(2) 遗尿次数≥7次/ 周的患儿 102 2 例,占 68% 。(3) 发现有器质性病变 781 例(占 5313% ), 包括: 隐性脊柱裂、包茎、下尿路感染、高钙尿症、肾结石、单纯性血尿、单肾不发育、癫疒间等。(4) 继发性遗尿症 34例( 212% )。( 5) 学****成绩中等及中下者 1233 例( 8212% )。(6) 有遗尿家族史者 435 例(29% ) 。结论在深圳地区就诊的遗尿患儿中,近1 /3 的患儿合并有器质性病变,近1 /3 的患儿有遗尿家族史, 绝大多数遗尿患儿学****成绩不理想, 说明遗尿患儿需要早期的专科检查并治疗。【关键词】遗尿症; 儿童中图分类号: R72 文献标志码:A The investiga tion and ana lysis of 1500 ch ildren with nocturna l enuresis.
