文档介绍:先进控制在线性低密度聚乙烯生产中的应用黄华杰 The Application of Advanced Process Control to Polyethylene Processes Huang Huajie 摘要: 线性低密度聚乙烯作为工业生产的重要原料, 基于非线性特性差、检测周期长等特点, 常规控制已无法满足平稳生产的要求。本文通过对反应器内部各组分的动态情况进行模拟, 对产品的质量进行预测,采用 Aspen 公司 Apollo 软件对产品质量、反应器的总压、乙烯分压、反应器温度进行先进控制。结果表明,机理模型能反映物质在反应器内真实情况, 通过先进控制可以实现各项指标的平稳控制,稳定生产。 Abstract: Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) as an important raw material for Industrial production, due to highly nonlinear and lack of on-line analyzer Etc, is difficult to control by the traditional process control techniques for the requirements of stable production. In this paper, the trends of ponent in the reactor were simulated by theoretical algorithm, the quality of product was predicted. The pressure of the reactor, the partial pressure of ethylene, the temperature of the reactor, the quality of LLDPE were controlled by the Apollo software supplied by the pany. The results show that the simulative and the actual trends of ponent in the reactor were closely, the simulative results can reflect the actual trends.
