Methods 1、SD rats, they are divided into four groups through stratified random sampling, normal, model, non-meridian & non-collateral and Tsusanli group. Except the normal group, the rest three groups are suffering from gastric mucosal damage by intraperitoneal injection of indomethacin as the big model group. Then the normal group does not receive any treatment or therapy, the Tsusanli and non-meridian & non-collateral groups are injected cimetidine with volume of lOOmg/Kg respectively. And the model group is injected the stroke-physiological saline solution in the same volume. 6 hours later, the rats are executed and their stomach is taken out to observe the gastric mucosal damage and calculated the damage ratio.
2、 The method of determination of plasma cimetidine in rats was established:prepare 2mol*L-l NaOH solution and mg mL - 1 -treat the plasma sample:add 2mol*L-l NaOH solution mL, ethyl acetate 2mL, the vortex mixture 3min, 3000r min - 1 centrifugal lOmin in turn,the extract from the upper cleaning liquid, the extraction of the ethyl acetate extract, the air flow was dried, and the residue was added to the methanol in the right amount, the filter membrane UPLC (mobile phase: methanol - water - diethylamine - phosphate (were 0-0. 47:0. 38); flow rate: mL, min - 1; : detection wavelength of 225 nm, sample quantity (including 2 1; column temperature 30 °C).
3、 Based on experimental SD rats, they are divided into non-meridian & non-collateral and Tsuanli groups.
