文档介绍：1 新福菌素联合卡铂、依托泊苷治疗老年非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察作者:赵建清邢立强钱海红李桂林【摘要】目的: 评价国产新福菌素对老年非小细胞肺癌( NSCLC )的疗效和不良反应。方法:选取老年 NSCL C 病例 81例, 随机分治疗组 43 例给予新福菌素 6μ g/kg (第 1~4d ), 卡铂( CBP ) 300mg/m2 (第 1d), 依托泊苷( VP16 ) 100 mg (第 1~4 或 5d) 静脉滴注; 对照组 38 例单纯使用 CB P 和 VP16 ,剂量和方法同治疗组, 21~28d 为一个疗程, 2~3 个疗程评价疗效, 随访缓解期和生存期。结果: 治疗组有效率为 5349% , 对照组有效率为 3158% , 差异有显著性( P005 ); 中位缓解期分别为 6和 45 个月,中位生存期分别为 9和7 个月, 一年生存率分别为 3953% ( 17/43 )和 2632% ( 10/38 )。结论: 新福菌素联合 CBP 、 VP16 治疗老年 NSCLC 有较好的临床疗效及应用价值。【关键词】老年;非小细胞肺癌;化疗;新福菌素; 卡铂;依托泊苷【 ABSTRACT 】 Objective:To investigate the curative 2 effects and sideeffect of domestic drugSinoactionomycin in treating elderly nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods: 81 cases with elderly NSCLC were divided into two groups randomly,43 cases in the treatment group were administrated with Sinoactionomycin 6g/kg (1~4 day) combining card platinum (CBP) 300mg/m2 (1st day), glucoside (VP16) 100 mg (1~4 or 5days) cases in the control group were only treated with CBP and vp16 and the dosage were same with that of treatment ~28 days were taken asa treatment cycle and the curative effects were studied after 2~3 cycles.
