文档介绍:优秀机械毕业设计欢迎下载,学****交流加 QQ197216396 专业机械设计解君之忧 1 摘要刨煤机是一种集采煤和运煤于一体的采掘机械。刨头是刨煤机的主要工作机构,具有区别于其它机械的一个重要技术特征。随着国家煤炭量的减少,浅煤层的开采已成为新的开发资源。刨煤机作为浅煤层开采的采掘机械的发展越来越重要。然而自动化刨煤机基本被国外垄断,国产刨煤机面临巨大的挑战。本文通过对滑行式刨煤机研究为例,对滑行式刨煤机的主要工况参数-刨深、刨速以及刨头结构和受力进行研究设计,提出刨煤机的主要设计思想和方法。并且设计了刨煤机减速器。经论证校核,知本设计是切实可行的。关键词:滑行刨煤机;刨头;减速器;受力分析刨煤机总体方案设计及刨头设计 2 Abstract The coal pl ough is one kind of mining machine that include collect ing mining coal and transport ing the coal ina body' s mining equipment. The plow head is coal pl ough 's prime anization, which has distinguishes between the other machinery' s important technical feature. Along with the national coal quantity' s reduction, shallow coal seams ha ve e the new development resource. The coal pl ough which stand for the mining machinery' s development is getting more and more important. However automated coal pl ough basically by overseas monopoly, domestically produced coal pl ough faced with huge challenge. Setting the sliding plough as an example,the dissereation has carried on the study about the main working condition parameter of the coal plough-cutting depth ,planing rate,the struction of the plow head and force analysis. T his article also put forward a new caculating method . After the proof examination, know ing that this design is practical and feasible.
