O2 及N2 较多。
硫化氢（H2S）、甲烷（CH4）：地下水中出现H2S 与CH4，其意义恰好与出现O2 相反，说明处于还原的地球化学环境。这两种气体的生成，均在与大气比较隔绝的环境中，有有机物存在，微生物参与的生物化学过程有关。其中，H2S 是SO42-的还原产物。
二、地下水开采
地下水的开采主要有三种形式，大口井、手压机井（插管井）、管井。
大口井：挖掘后以砖或石料砌成、地面建筑井台和井栏。常见于农村分散式给水。
手压机井（插管井）：用冲击方法将井管直接凿至含水层，其井管下部为滤水管。多用于农户自用。
管井：井管上部为封闭的钢管或铸铁管、塑料管，下部（含水层部分）为滤水管，底部为沉砂管。
三、饮用地下水源保护
一级保护区：位于开采井周围，保证集水有一定滞后时间，以防止一般病原菌的污染。对于非封闭含水层（潜水层）的开采井而言，主要是指漏斗范围（由于开采造成动静水位落差而形成的漏斗范围

准保护区：位于饮用水地下水源二级保护区外的主要补给区，作用是保护水源地的补给水源和水质。沿地下水流向，上游3000m至下游1000m两侧各2000m范围。
四、《地下水质量标准》（GBT14848-93）
1、地下水质量分类
依据我国地下水水质现状、人体健康基准值及地下水质量保护目标，并参照了生活饮用水、工业、农业用水水质最高要求，将地下水质量划分为五类。
Ⅰ类 主要反映地下水化学组分的天然低背景含量。适用于各种用途。
Ⅱ类 主要反映地下水化学组分的天然背景含量。适用于各种用途。
