（3）党群共建，共学身边典型。通过学院的网页，对2010年度院级优秀教师的先进事迹进行宣传，让更多师生向他们学习；邀请学院的民主党派教师，做学术报告；举办博士论坛；推动学院的教学、科研、管理其上水平。
（4）走出去，增强教师的职业观。参观天津海河职教园，深入了解职业教育的发展和需求，更好地为职业事业服务。
（5）进行优秀党员的表彰。3月末已经进行了研究生优秀党员的表彰，将在6月末进行教工优秀党员和本科学生优秀党员的表彰。
（6）举办公开承诺活动。每名党员要立足本岗，有承诺事项；党员承诺事项要在党员大会上交流、通报，并在本部门进行公示，接受群众监督；党员要认真践行承诺，按照时限切实兑现承诺；年末支部要对党员承诺情况进行评议（包括个人自评、党员互评、领导点评、群众测评）。
2、学生党支部主题实践活动
（1）继续加强理论学习。学生党员分组在党总支进行理论知识的学习，
每次学录，通过学习真正提高学生党员
的理论水平和综合素质。
（2）围绕学校的主题实践活动，开展学习党史知识、坚定理想信念知
识竞赛，手抄报比赛展览活动。
（3）加强学风建设，学生干部佩戴干部标识牌，提高学生干部的自律
