值为(±) µg/mL。与正常组比较,模型组和空白基质组豚鼠皮肤均可见角
质层破损严重,表皮角质化过度,颗粒层和棘层增厚等症状。给药 7 d 后,与模
型组和空白基质组比较,各给药组豚鼠上述症状均有不同程度的减轻,其中柠檬
醛中、高剂量组可显著降低豚鼠感染模型皮损评分(P<);柠檬醛低、中、
高剂量组的真菌转阴率分别为 %,%,%,免疫组化染色结果表
明柠檬醛中、高剂量组可抑制表皮增殖因子 Ki67 的阳性表达;同时柠檬醛中、
高剂量组可提高豚鼠的致痒阈值(P<)。 结论 柠檬醛具有较好的抗限制性
马拉色菌活性,在马拉色菌所致豚鼠皮肤感染模型中有较好的止痒作用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the antibacterial activity of citral on Malassezia
restricta and its antipruritic effect in guinea pig skin infection model. Methods Theminimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of citral against Malassezia restricta was
determined by microfold dilution method. A model of skin infection caused by
Malassezia restricta was established, and the effects of citral on skin infection caused
by Malassezia restricta were evaluated in terms of lesion
