摘要:运用kjeltec 8400全自动凯氏定氮仪的消化系统,通过对消化方法的改进,成功测定了未知氮形态的复合肥料中的总氮含量。通过与现行国标方法对比,证明应用改进后的消化方法和全自动凯氏定氮仪测定复合肥料中的总氮含量具有快速、准确等优点。

abstract: an improved method that can determine the total nitrogen content pound fertilizer with unkown pattern of n by the kjeltec automatic azotometer was employed. compared with the national stardand, it was found that the automatic kjeldahl automatic azotometer based on this improved method was a quick, reliable, accurate device to determine the nitrogen content of fertilizer.

凯氏定氮仪具有高精度颜色传感器判断终点,智能化程序控制,可自动完成加水稀释、加酸、加碱、蒸馏、滴定、滴定杯自动排液清洗、消化管排空、结果计算和输出打印结果,全程无需人为干预,数据准确可靠等优点[1-6]。整个过程只需5 min,而传统的全氮蒸馏法和半微量蒸馏法需要20 min甚至更长的时间。因此凯氏定氮仪在食品、化工、农牧业、医药卫生等领域的蛋白质含量测定方面有着巨大的优势和应用前景。
氮肥对马铃薯、小麦的生长发育和产量都会产生重大影响[7-10],在农业生态系统中,碳和氮通过土壤有机物的循环可以提高土壤肥沃程度和作物产量,同时减少环境负效应,所以快速测量化肥中总氮含量显得至关重要[11]。
