● 落实ISO9000质量体系运作程序和要求，确保部门运作的标准化和科学化，保证管理和产品的质量；
● 负责所属员工的管理、教育、培训工作；
● 组织建立生产系统档案管理体系。

● 大专以上学历，服装类专业；
● 五年以上服装生产管理经验；
