摘要
本文首先介绍反击式破碎机的发展概况,应用和特点。结合目前市面出现的几种破碎机的种类,介绍了它们的工作原理,分析他们的优缺点,得出我所设计的可逆反击式破碎机。文中重点阐述了可逆反击式破碎机的工作原理、结构组成及设计和关键部件的选择及其设计三部分内容,其次还进行各主要零件强度的校核计算。其中,可逆反击式破碎机由转子,上盖,底座,后架四大部分组成,上盖既是破碎机的外壳,又是与内部结构相辅相成的组成部分,上盖内部的衬板对于石料破碎的粒度和破碎机的工作效率起到至关重要的作用。上盖的设计既要要求外形的美观又要具有实用性,一台机器外观设计过于花俏会造成加工工艺复杂、制造成本上升,过于臃肿,会造成运输困难的同时也增加了制造的成本。我在设计过程中着眼于功能性,节约材料,机身轻便,外形大方几个方面,特别是制作材料的选取,选择的材料要兼具经济性和耐用性。

Abstract
This paper first introduces the development of the impact crusher, application and characteristics. Combined with the current market Several types of crushers, introduced their working principle, analyzed their advantages and disadvantages, and obtained the reversible crusher I designed. This paper focuses on the working principle, structure and design of the reversible impact crusher and the selection of the ponents and the design of the three parts, followed by the main parts of the strength of the check. Among them, the impact crusher by the rotor, the cover, the base, the back frame of the four ponents, the cover is both crusher shell, but also with the internal structure of plementary parts, the cover of the lining of the stone for the broken size And the efficiency of the crusher play a vital role. The design of the cover is to require both the appearance and the practicality. A machine design is plicated to cause the processing process to plicated. The cost of manufacturing is too bloated and can cause the transportation difficulties and increase the manufacturing cost. I focus on the design process in the functional, saving materials, body light, generous aspects of several aspects, especially the production of materials selection, the choice of materials to both economic and durability.
