某型汽车主减速器设计
摘要
本次设计的题目是某型汽车主减速器设计。汽车主减速器是汽车传动中最重要的部件之一,它能够将万向传动装置传来的发动机转矩传给驱动车轮,以实现减速增扭。主减速器的设计对提高汽车行驶平稳性和其通过性有着独特的作用,是汽车设计的重点之一。
本文选取江淮骏铃V6为参考车型,在分析其主减速器的结构组成、工作原理和运动特点后选择最合适的主减速器设计方案,主要完成了单级主减速器螺旋锥齿轮和主动齿轮轴的设计和校核工作,然后作出相关零件图、装配图,并对主要零部件进行三维建模。

Design of a certain type of automobile main reducer
Abstract
The topic of this design is the design of a certain type of automobile main reducer. The automobile main reducer is one of the most important parts in the automobile transmission, it can transfer the engine torque to the drive wheel to realize the speed reduction and torque increasing. The design of the main reducer has a unique role in improving the ride stability and its performance, and it is one of the key point of the automobile design.
This paper selects Jianghuai Jun bell V6 models for reference, in analysis of the main reducer position, working principle and characteristics of choose the most appropriate main reduction device design scheme, mainly plete the single-stage main reduction for spiral bevel gear and a driving gear shaft design and checking, and make correlative parts drawing and assembly drawing, and 3D modeling of the main parts.
