龙振华 韩兵 刘军洋 [摘要] 目的 探讨仙璐贝与鼻渊舒口服液治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效和安全性。 方法 选取2009年1月~2012年1月在本院儿科住院治疗的108例慢性鼻窦炎患儿为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将本研究入选患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组患儿给予抗生素和仙璐贝治疗,实验组则加用鼻渊舒口服液治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。 结果 实验组患儿治疗的总有效率(%)明显高于对照组(%),对照组和实验组患儿治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义(P )。 结论 儿童慢性鼻窦炎在抗生素和仙璐贝治疗的基础上加用鼻渊舒口服液临床疗效确切,不良反应少,值得推广。
