您好！
由于局部业主电动车随意停放、堵塞楼道，影响了其他业主的正常出行，导致业主们的不满情绪日增强烈，屡次到我们物业效劳中心投诉。单元楼道是公共区域，同时也是消防与救护平安生命通道，一旦发生险情，车辆堵塞通道将会带来极大的平安隐患，不得随意占用。为此，效劳中心屡次发出通知，期间，也曾屡次提示、张贴于停放在楼道的车辆上面，请停放于地下车库，勿停放在公共单元楼道，局部业主很支持和配合我们的工作。然而，目前仍有极少数业主〔住户〕将非机动车辆停在电梯间、通道内。针对此情况，效劳中心于近日开始，逐栋对乱停放车辆进行清理，请各位业主和住户见本通知后，主动将车辆停放于地下车库，将单元楼道内的消防生命通道发挥出其应有作用。
如仍有乱停放者，将一律被清理至小区南门外.
另：地下负一车库已安装有充电设施供业主电动车辆充电！
