第三章 “推优〞工作的根本程序
第七条 “推优〞工作以班级团支部为单位，团委学生会等组织也可以在本组织成员范围内进行“推优〞，一般一年进行一至两次。“推优〞人数不超过班级党员开展方案数。获得省级以上优秀团支部或优秀班集体荣誉的班级，可以在班级党员开展数的根底上，增加一个“推优〞名额。
第八条 团员大会“推优〞前，由班级推选小组先进行预备“推优〞对象推选。
班级推选小组由班主任、团支部书记、班长、学****委员、纪检委员和党员组成，班主任担任组长，团支部书记担任副组长。

第九条 预备“推优〞对象推选按以下程序进行：
〔一〕讨论通过推选规那么；
〔二〕团支部书记公布预备“推优〞对象名单及现实表现情况；
〔三〕推选小组成员审查
〔四〕确定预备“推优〞对象名单。
第十条 预备“推优〞对象必须在班级进行公示，公示时间不少于2天。
公示期内有异议的，推选小组要对异议理由进行审查，审查结论要在团员“推优〞大会上公布。
第十一条 公示期满，团支部要及时召开团员“推优〞大会。团员“推优〞大会按以下程序进行：
〔一〕班主任宣读说明“推优〞规那么；
〔二〕团支部书记公布预备“推优〞对象名单及现实表现情况；
〔三〕团员投票；
〔四〕计票；
〔五〕公布计票结果；
〔六〕根据票数确定“推优〞对象名单；票数相同，由班主任会同推选小组成员协商确定。
〔七〕“推优〞对象填写?团员入党推荐表?，团支部签署意见，
