火场指挥组织职责：组织实施火情处置方案；下达指令或分配任务；向火场指挥员或扑火队下达指令；收集火场扑救和其他工作信息；掌握火情动态，向县森林防火指挥部报告。
火场指挥组由林业站站长负责，由林业站、城建所、国土所工作人员组成。
宣传报道组职责：负责指挥部新闻发布的各项工作。严格按照国家和省市有关森林火灾宣传报道的规定，统一发布火情信息，对扑火救灾的情况进行报道，协调新闻单位采访报道的具体事宜。
宣传报道组由文化效劳中心主任负责，由文化效劳中心、经济开展办工作人员组成。
治安保卫组职责：维护火灾区社会治安、打击违法犯罪活动、维护交通次序；负责灾区首脑机关、机要部门、金融部门及救灾物资等的平安；负责火灾扑救和预防。
治安保卫组由派出所所长负责，由派出所、宗治维稳中心工作人员和各村治安员组成。
后勤保障组职责：联系组织供给扑火救灾的物资，协调扑火力量和扑火物资的快速运输；负责灾区群众的疏散安置和吃、穿、住等工作；制定救灾标准，发放救灾款物；做好灾情调查和统计工作；做好死难者的善后工作和孤老幼残人员的安置；做好国内外社会各界援救款物接受工作。
后勤保障组由社会事务办主任负责，由社会事务办、移民站工作人员组成。
