总 则
为确保城市轨道交通结构安全监测的及时性、准确性和规范性，结合广东省城市轨道交通设施保护的实践经验和特点，制定本标准。
本规范适用于广东省内已运营和已建成但尚未投入运营的城市轨道交通既有结构的安全保护监测。
本规范制定了广东省城市轨道交通结构安全保护监测的技术标准和质量检验要求。
城市轨道交通既有结构的安全监测除应符合本规范外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。

术语和符号
外部作业 external action
在城市轨道交通既有结构控制保护区内进行的作业。
影响等级 effects grade
外部作业对城市轨道交通既有结构安全影响程度的分级。
基准点 reference point
为进行变形测量而布设的稳定的、长期保存的测量点。根据变形测量的类型，可分为沉降基准点和位移基准点。
工作基点 working reference point
为便于现场变形观测作业而布设的相对稳定的测量点。根据变形测量的类型，可分为沉降工作基点和位移工作基点。
结构安全控制指标 control index for structural safety
根据城市轨道交通既有结构的安全现状及其保护要求，针对外部作业时既有结构的响应特征，为安全保护既有结构而选用的控制指标。
监测预警等级 grade of early warning for monitoring
根据监测值与其相应的既有结构安全控制指标值的比值，对城市轨道交通结构实行
