靳三针与治神

摘要:“四神针”、“定神针”是靳三针疗法中用于治神的两个重要穴组。治神在针灸治疗中有着重要意义,直
接影响着针灸治疗的效果。针灸治疗,其实质就是通过作用于经络,调整病态之神,使患者恢复“阴平阳秘”的状态。
治神,要求在整个针灸治疗过程中医生“一其神”、患者“调其神”。医生“一其神”既包括对医者医德医风的要求,
又包括对辨证选穴的经验、进针行针手法的技术要求。患者“调其神”指患者宜安定情绪,摒除杂念,集中精神体会
针感。治神之穴“四神针”、“定神针”,主要分布于督脉、膀胱经及胆经上,在临床辨证取穴的基础上配合使用,能使
患者神气散者聚、失者复、亢者平而抑者扬,具有良好疗效。

A bstract:“The F our- Shen P oints”and“ T he S tab ilizin g F our- Shen P oin ts”are two im portant
point groups of Jin's Thress -needle T herapy w hich are used to treatin g Shen. T reating Shen is the key of
acupuncture treatm entand it sign ifican tly influences the cu ritive effect. In fact, acupuncture is to tu rn Shen
fro m m orbid to norm al,to keep yin and yang in banlance. In order to treatin g Shen, doctors should keep a
sound m ind to select points by syndrom e d iffe re tia tio n and do needle m anipulation. Patients should adjust
