〔1〕校长特别奖：每人10000元，每学年评定一次，占全校应评学生总数的1‰。
获奖学生授予“西北民族大学校长特别奖〞荣誉称号；同时授予“西北民族大学一等奖学金〞荣誉称号，并优先推荐参加当年省级、国家级“优秀学生〞、“优秀学生干部〞的评定。
校长特别奖候选人在一等奖学金候选人中按条件推荐。
〔2〕一等奖学金：每人2000元，每学年评定一次，占应评学生总数的4％。
〔3〕二等奖学金：每人1500元，每学年评定一次，占应评学生总数的8％。
〔4〕三等奖学金：每人1000元，每学年评定一次，占应评学生总数的14％。
奖学金金额按就高不就低的原那么执行，不重复发放。
3．评定标准
校长特别奖、一、二、三等奖学金按表一各项内容进行评定。
