this problem,five kinds of insulating layer materials with different sintering
shrinkage ratios are used to prepare the limiting current oxygen sensor through thick film screen printing,
lamination hot pressing,and multi-layer co-firing. The relationship between morphology of pore structure of the core
body and output characteristics is analyzed. The results show that the difference between the sintering shrinkage of
the insulating layer material and the sintering shrinkage of the support layer is 2. 43 % ,and the difference between
the sintering shrinkage of the sensitive layer and the sensitive layer is 3. 97 % ,delamination cracking phenomenon
in hole structure of core of oxygen sensor. The core has a good current platform in the atmosphere of O2 volume
fraction of 20 % ,and the current change is 0. 135 μA in the working voltage range of 0. 5~1. 6 V.
