消脂汤对代谢综合征胰岛素抵抗早期干预临床研究.doc

目的:观察消脂汤早期干预代谢综合征胰岛素抵抗患者的临床疗效。
方法:采用随机、对照的实验方法,将符合纳入标准的 40 例合格受试者随机分
为治疗组 20 例和对照组 20 例,两组采用相同的基础治疗,治疗组加用消脂汤,
对照组加用二甲双胍,疗程 3 个月,比较两组治疗前后临床症状、胰岛素抵抗指
数、胰岛素敏感指数、空腹胰岛素水平、腰围、体重指数、血糖、血脂、血压等
的变化,观察消脂汤的临床疗效。
结果:中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为 90%,对照组为 70%,IRI、ISI 总有效率
治疗组为 85%,对照组为 75%,综合疗效总有效率治疗组为 85%,对照组为 70%。
治疗组能显著改善临床症状(P<), 与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<)。治
疗后两组 FINS、IRI、ISI、WC、BMI、TG、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c 均较治疗前明显改
善(P<),TC、HDL-C、LDL-C 较治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<),
治疗后两组比较无显著差别。血压治疗前后两组比较无显著差别(P>)。
结论:消脂汤早期干预代谢综合征胰岛素抵抗患者具有改善胰岛素抵抗、提高胰
岛素敏感性、纠正中心性肥胖和糖脂代谢紊乱作用。

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Xiao Zhi Tang(XZT) in early
intervention for insulin resistance(IR) of Metabolic syndrome(MS).
Methods:Experimental methods of random and control were
eligible patients were divided into treatment group(20 cases) and control
group(20 cases).On the same basic treatment,patients with IR of MS were
treated with XZT and controlled with Metformin(MET) for 3
symptoms, insulin resistance index(IRI),

insulin sensitivity
index(ISI),fasting insulin level(FINS), waist circumference(WC), body
mass index(BMI),blood glucose,lipid metabolism and blood pressure were
observed pared.
Results: The total effective rate of clinical symptoms integration, IRI、
ISI bined effect were 90%,85% and 85% in the treatment group,and
were 70%,75% and 70% in the control clinical symptoms in the
treatment group was significantly improved after treatment than in the
control group(P<).All that FINS、IRI、ISI、WC、BMI、TG、FPG、2hPG、
HbA1c were significantly improved(P<),TC、HDL-C、LDL-C were showed
statistical significance(P<) after pared to
pretherapy,there were no significantly deviation among them after
