三系统整体设计
系统采用B/S结构为用户提供服务，客户端不需要安装任何东西，实现了“一处安装，到处运行”。用户不受时间和空间的限制，只要能连上服务器的地方，就可以使用系统，也为以后的升级和维护提供了最大的方便。开发语言采用微软最新推出的C#语言，数据库采用全世界最为先进的Oracle数据库。为用户提供足够的灵活性，可伸缩性。系统采用了三层架构的分布模式，使得用户访问系统由足够的安全性。整个系统由以下几个层次构成：
web层
完成页面的显示，对用户发来的web请求的处理。
business层
实现的业务逻辑过程。这一层实现了平台的全部业务流程。
entity层
为business层提供了系统中实体对象的存储、读取、更改。

四、系统模块功能说明
系统的模块划分确定为十个部分：我的办公桌、公文流转、信息管理、审批系统、档案管理、人事管理、客户管理、常用工具、消息管理、系统管理。下面就每个模块的下设功能做进一步说明。
