1）南京地铁的概况
南京地铁（Nanjing Metro）是服务于南京市及南京都市圈内各地区的城市轨道交通，其前身可以追溯到1907年（清光绪三十三年）建造的京市铁路，第一条线路于2005年4月10日正式通车，是中国大陆第六个建成并运营地铁的城市[1] ，也是大陆地区唯一盈利的城市轨道交通。[2] 
截至2014年8月，南京地铁有5条线路、92座车站，，日均客流量超过一百五十万人次，地铁线路长度居中国第4（仅次于北京、上海、广州）[3-5]    、世界第13位。[6] 
至2015年底，地铁3号线、4号线、S3号线、S7号线等地铁线路将陆续建成并开通运营，运营里程突破300公里；至2030年，南京地铁将建成20余条地铁线路，总长超过775公里。

3)实****第一天——参观OCC（Operation Control Center）
1月7日上午，我们从居住地前往南京地铁大厦作为实****的第一站，在接受了简短且有效的安全教育后，我们进入了OCC参观室，观摩OCC运营状态，了解南京地铁一二号线的运营情况。
OCC，Operation Control Center的缩写，即就是列车运行控制中心，隶属于行车调度部门。如果载着地铁列车奔驰的每条轨道是整座城市的地下血管的话，那么这里就是心脏。这里是一个高度机密的核心指挥部，未经允许是绝对禁止外来人员进入的。我们在工作人员的带领下有幸进入控制中心内部参观。
