摘要:本设计主要介绍了污水处理厂自控系统的组成、功能及如何利用PLC实现全厂自动控制,并介绍了在系统实施中遇到的若干问题及其解决措施。通过污水处理厂自控系统的运行,节约了污水处理成本,提高污水处理效率。采用了以PLC为核心的分布式I/O控制系统,自动控制系统设置了3个现场PLC监控站和1个主站。下位机系统采用西门子公司S7-300,上位机采用PC。考虑到污水处理控制对系统安全性、可靠性、可维护性和灵敏性的要求,本系统硬件组成为:现场控制站选择西门子公司S7-300系列的模块结构PLC,上位机选择PC,下位机编程采用STEP-。另外由于污水处理厂多为大功率设备,实现现场控制站设计时采用了变频器、软启动器等设备,来节约能源、保障设备安全。

Abstract:This design mainly introduces the automatic control system of sewage factory. It introduces position, function and how to use PLC to realize the automatic control in the whole factory. Moreover, this design introduces some problems and solutions which would occur in the implementation of the system. The run of the automatic system of the sewage factory could save the cost of sewage and improve the efficiency of using the distributed I/O system, which set PLC as the core, the automatic control system set three monitoring station at the spot and one main station. The puter system uses Siemens S7-300 while the puter uses PC. Taking the safety, reliability and maintainability and sensitivity into account, which sewage control system required, the ponents of the system includes: the monitoring station at the spot choosing PLC, the module structure S7-300 of Siemens; the puter system choosing PC; the programming of puter using STEP- package to design PLC software.
