【摘要】:化疗是目前治疗肿瘤及某些自身免疫性疾病的主要手段之一,但在治疗中,普遍有明显的恶心呕吐等副作用,给患者带来不适感,常可引起脱水、代谢紊乱等不良后果,严重者会影响化疗的正常进行。因此,为减轻病人化疗所致的胃肠道反应,护理人员围绕化疗前后采取积极的预防,通过化疗前期作好护理评估,了解化疗经历,熟悉化疗方案,掌握心理状态,适当饮食指导及化疗期间给予创造良好环境,掌握用药时间,正确使用止吐药,严密观察副作用等实施具体护理措施,取得良好临床效果。本文通过查找相关文献,将化疗致恶心呕吐的预防和护理措施综述如下。
【Abstract】:Chemotherapy is the treatment of tumor and one of the main means of certain autoimmune diseases, but in the treatment, obvious side effects such as nausea vomiting and bring fort to the patients, often can cause dehydration, metabolic disorders and bad consequence, severe cases will affect the chemotherapy. Therefore, in order to reduce the patient caused by chemotherapy of gastrointestinal reaction, nursing staff around before and after chemotherapy take active prevention, through the early stage of the chemotherapy nursing assessment, understand the chemotherapy experience, familiar with chemotherapy regimens, mastering psychological state, proper diet guidance and to create a good environment, during chemotherapy drug master time, proper use of anti-nausea drug, closely observe side effects such as the implementation of specific nursing measures, achieve good clinical effect. By looking up related literatures, this paper will chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting prevention and nursing measures were summarized as follows.
