Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of freeze－thaw cycle and fresh cycle embryo transfer on the clinical
pregnancy outcome of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）undergoing in vitro fertilization－embryo trans-
fer （IVF－ET）.Methods：A total of 964 patients planned to undergo IVF－ ET in hospital from February 2017 to
March 2019 were selected and divided into freeze－thaw cycle group （n＝492）and fresh cycle group （n＝472）accord-
