2021年6月 anganese ore is higher and higher. High- aluminum manganese ore fines has been used in
many domestic manganese ore sintering production, but there have been few studies on the influence of aluminum
on the sintering and mineralization process of manganese oxide powder ore. This article focuses on the sintering
process characteristics and metallogenic characteristics of high-Al manganese oxide powder ore. The research results
show that high-Al manganese oxide powder ore sintering under natural basicity conditions can obtain good sintering
index. The moisture content of the mixture is about 14・ 2%, and the coke breeze ratio is 8%, the yield and the
tumbling index of sintered ore are 79・ 90% and 59・ 80% ? respectively. Aluminum participates in the formation of
low melting-point spessartine during the sintering process , which acts as the precursor of the liquid phase to
promote the liquid phase in the sintering system.
