翟乃忠同志认真学****中国特色社会主义理论，坚持以科学发展观来武装自己头脑，始终以实事求是、公道正派的准则，作为自己生活和工作指南。特别是作为一名共产党员，他时刻以共产党员的标准严格要求自己，始终工作在生产一线，热爱集体，关心同志，工作中勇于开拓创新，努力发挥先锋模范作用，受到领导和同志们的好评。先后在2007、2008、2009年连续三年被唐口煤业公司评为优秀退伍军人；在2007、2010年被唐口煤业公司评为工会积极分子；在2008年被唐口煤业公司评为五好党员；在2010 年被唐口煤业公司评为优秀党员。
翟乃忠同志在工作中，自觉坚持党的全心全意为人民服务宗旨，坚持立党为公，执政为民，把为全队职工谋福利当作实现自己人生价值的根本坐标，以职工利益为落脚点、出发点，对自己高标准严要求，把全身心都扑在了工作上。
业务方面，熟练掌握本职岗位所需的知识技能，协助区队在材料管理方面搞好预算，使材料在计划和使用方面杜绝浪费，给区队带来较好的效益。
