新疆边境旅游人才潜力需求研究
摘要:旅游业的飞速发展及国际旅游业竞争的加剧,对旅游从业人员提出了更高的要求,越来越多的国家和企业认识到,21世纪旅游业的竞争,实际上就是旅游人才的竞争。高等职业教育要培养适应21世纪旅游经济发展的创新性人才,就必须分析研究高职旅游管理专业人才培养的模式。旅游业是国民经济的重要产业,是扩大就业的重要渠道。随着人民生活水平不断提高,旅游消费需求会呈迅速增长的趋势,而旅游就业发展空间也会更为广阔。本文通过对新疆旅游以及边境旅游的现状分析,结合当前就业形势,调查现有旅游市场对旅游管理专业本科毕业人员的需求,以及对旅游本科专业人才的教育培养各方面的给出结论,以预测旅游市场对旅游管理专业人才的需求潜力。

Study on Development of Potential Human Resource for Border-area Tourism in Xinjiang
Abstract: Higher requirements confront tourism practitioner with fast development of tourism and petition in global tourism. More and more countries panies are aware of that petition of tourism in 21st century is actually petition in human resource. Higher education aims at innovative personnel modating to new trend of development. The mode of higher education in professional has to be analyzed. As a pillar industry and a critical channel for enlarging employment, tourism is of a promising prospect with improved living standard and quickly increasing demand of tourist market. The actuality of tourism in Xinjiang and boarder-area tourism are analyzed in this paper, and the demand of current tourist market for graduates specialized in tourism management is investigated based on today’s employment market, some conclusions about education and training of professional
are put forward for predicting potential demand of tourist market for professional personnel specialized in tourism management.

前言
新疆的边境旅游有着良好的基础。自1991年底开展边境旅游以来,新疆的边境旅游呈蓬勃发展之势。繁荣的边境贸易、旅游购物带动了边境地区的社会经济发展,提高了对外开放程度,促进了边境人民脱贫致富,
