摘要
我国饮料、乳品、啤酒市场得到长足发展的同时也带动了包装机械业的发展速度。自从上世纪八十年代开始,中国每年都要进口大量的饮料、乳品和啤酒包装机械,至今引进的势头仍然是有增无减。这些机械大多是高速自动化生产线,可靠性强,产量高,部分设备是当今世界最为先进的机型。这些生产线的引进,使中得以与发达国家同步发展。与此同时,中国包装机械的生产也取得了长足的进步,部分饮料瓶、啤酒瓶的瓶盖自动封装系统设备已经达到较高水平,包括塑料饮料瓶的瓶盖的封装、酸奶杯的瓶盖的封装也得到了提升,已经可以满足中型企业的需要,部分已经可以替代进口设备,并且出口量逐年提高。
本次的设计就是瓶盖自动封装系统的设计,通过对瓶盖自动封装系统进行结构设计,以及其中的标准件进行选型设计,大大提高了它的稳定性。相信此次设计的瓶盖自动封装系统的出现将会大大提高传统的瓶盖自动封装系统的自动化程度和质量,为包装机械工业的发展以及人民生活水平的提高能够带来显著的进步,同时也在某种程度上推进了机械工业的不断发展。
