摘要
现代科学技术的发展快速,使社会的生产能力不断提高,人们生活水平也不断提高,开始追求更高的标准,所以对产品提出了更严苛的要求。企业需要在设备上提高自动化,这样可以节省生产劳动力,可以提高工作效率,也可以提高和控制产品的质量,维护企业的信誉。自动配料装车控制设备大量应用于粮食行业、化工行业、水泥行业等,企业对产品包装称重的要求很严格,准确度必须提高。自动配料装车技术经历了手工称重方式、继电器控制方式、仪表称重控制方式、可编程控制器控制方式。现代自动配料装车系统都是用可编程控制器和人际界面共同组成系统,这样可以提高设备自动化程度和设备控制的精度。
本设计详细介绍了称重传感器以及自动配料装车控制系统的工作原理,并对控制系统的硬、软件设计进行了详细的分析。通过PLC控制称重仪再对称重过程进行控制。

Abstract
With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the production capacity of the society has been improved, people's living standards have been improved, the pursuit of higher standards, so the product has put forward more stringent requirements. Enterprises need to improve the automation of the equipment, which can save labor, improve work efficiency, but also can improve and control the quality of products, maintaining the credibility of enterprises. Bulk material weighing and packaging equipment is widely used in food industry, chemical industry, cement industry, and so on. The weighing technology of bulk material packaging has experienced the manual weighing method, the relay control mode, the instrument weighing control mode and the programmable controller control mode. Modern bulk material packaging and weighing system is a system which posed of a programmable controller and a human interface, which can improve the automation degree of equipment and the precision of equipment control.
This paper introduces the design of the weighing sensor and the weighing control system of bulk materials, and analyzes the hardware and software design of the control system in detail. Control of re symmetric weight of weighing instrument by PLC control.
